Teresa Pangan PhD, RD
Teresa Pangan, PhD, RD, is known as the “Dietitian Web Designer”. By combining her loves for technology and the field of nutrition, her niche is unique. Bitten by the technology bug in the early 90’s during her doctoral studies in nutrition, her passion became the Internet. Teresa’s dissertation work involved two internet studies on adult online learning effectiveness and profitability factors for sites that solidified her career focus and she began developing web sites for small business owners. Twelve years later, Teresa is the Founder and President of Webnoxious; a web development and strategy firm whose focus is delivering results focused web sites.

Teresa’s skill and sharp eye have enabled her to create successful websites for clients whose interest is to merge offline business operations and strategic plans with their website for a synergistic result. Known for her ability to redesign and reorganize websites for optimal member and customer value, Teresa’s client list includes individual entrepreneurs, associations, retail and professional businesses and non-profit organizations.
Her philosophy of “continuous client communication” is weaved throughout the entire design process; thereby ensuring a consistently high rate of satisfaction by her customers. Teresa has created a team of web specialists who join her in her zeal for 100% customer satisfaction for each and every client. As a web consultant to businesses and organizations, Teresa is known for her empathetic style. As an entrepreneur and businesses owner, she puts herself in the shoes of her customers and finds out what motivates their web site visitors and defines what is of value to them. Once identified, Teresa focuses on the strategic goals of the organization to create a custom solution-and always keeps the bottom line in mind.
As one of the foremost authorities on web design for the nutrition and dietetics industry, Teresa often shares her knowledge of technology and empowers others through speaking engagements around the country. “Standards for Evaluating Web Site” and “Writing for a Web Audience” are popular presentation topics. In addition, she is a contributing author to The Entrepreneurial Nutritionist, 3rd and coming soon 4th Edition, by Kathy King, RD. Teresa is also an accomplished writer and has been published frequently in industry related publications.
Teresa received her doctoral degree in nutrition with an emphasis in institutional management and a minor in business from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. She received two Bachelor of Science degrees in dietetics and consumer food science from Iowa State University and is a Registered Dietitian. She received the prestigious Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year award from the Texas Dietetic Association in 1998.
A native of Bettendorf, Iowa, Teresa now resides in Highland Village, Texas with her husband and 3 children. When she’s not on the computer, she can be found enjoying her family, friends and balance in life by way of a piece of chocolate, glass of wine, or watching CSI episodes.

Melissa Clemons, MBA
Melissa wouldn't know what to do without her computer at an arm's length. Melissa has always had a strong interest in technology, and being a part of the Webnoxious team has allowed Melissa to really develop her IT skills and interest. Melissa has a strong business background, spending 16 years working for 2 Fortune 100 companies, Abbott Laboratories & FedEx, in their sales & marketing departments. Her MBA work concentration was in Management of Information Systems (MIS). In 2007, she made a switch, and took a one year Google assignment and joined the Webnoxious team. She is now working for Webnoxious full time and couldn’t be happier. Melissa resides in eastern Iowa and enjoys an active life with her 3 young kids (including twins, boy and girl) and husband.

Alicia Brown, MS, RD, CSSD, LD
Alicia began working with Teresa in 2006 while completing her graduate work. Spurred by her love for the computer and technology, she sought out Teresa to learn the ways of the web. Alicia's formal education began at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She continued her education with a Master's of Science in Exercise and sports Nutrition at Texas Woman's University. Her education in exercise and nutrition as well as being a Registered Dietitian (RD) provides Webnoxious clients with the assurance of knowing that Alicia understands the importance of the role and marketing of RDs.

Currently, Alicia also works as the DFW Corporate Dietitian for Market Street™, a "grocery-to-gourmet" supermarket chain in Texas. She has the privilege of being a part of the Market Street marketing team where she learns innovative ways to get "the message" across. She frequently contributes articles online and in print, delivers nutrition presentations to the community and develops content to keep Market Street's Health and Wellness Initiatives in the midst of social networking on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

She was named Registered Young Dietitian of the Year by the Texas Dietetic Association for 2009. She currently lives in the DFW area and spends her free time running, volunteering at church and spending time with her friends.

Zack Davis
Zack’s a learner. If he isn’t learning something Zack isn’t happy. He’s been working in the online branding and web design industry for 6 years now.
After owning his own business in the music industry, Zack decided to try something new. He sold his business and began the Communication Design program at the University of North Texas. While in school, Zack joined Webnoxious and worked freelance. Zack also had a second job at Rapp Collins as a Junior Art Director, while he completed his BFA working with clients like Toyota, XM, On the Border, Macaroni Grill, and Direct Energy . Zack graduated from the University of North Texas in May of 2006, and joined Eisenberg And Associates as an Interactive Art Director and focused on online branding. Learning the ropes from Eisenberg and Associates Zack joined the AssetBuilder to specialize in Online Branding and site development. He now resides as the Director of Media. Zack's specialties are in UI Design, Front-end web design and programming, SEO, and Information Architecture.
Zack lives with his beautiful dietitian wife in Denton, Texas. In his free time tries to learn new ways to keep his mind busy.
Kevin Rounsavelle
Kevin Rounsavelle is a founding partner and principle at Site Store Professional , Webnoxious.com's enterprise ecommerce solution provider. (http://www.sitestorepro.com) Prior to Site Store Professional, Kevin was president of eDirective.com , a website design and development firm that specialized in online stores. Kevin has over 14 years experience in client-server application development, online store deployment and Internet marketing strategies and has served as a technology consultant to numerous Fortune 100 companies, non-profit organizations and government agencies.
